Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bloumee online store and website (the “Site”), your account, and your purchase of Products through the Site.

1.2

Bloumee is a brand operated by ONE HEART TO YOU PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202302550H), a company incorporated in Singapore.

In these Terms:

  • “Bloumee,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ONE HEART TO YOU PTE. LTD.;

  • “Product” or “Products” means goods offered for purchase through the Site;

  • “Services” means the Site and its related services and functionality;

  • “Content” means the information, Product listings, text, images, photographs, graphics, audio, video, software, data, and other materials made available through the Site; and

  • “you” and “your” refer to visitors, account holders, and customers using the Site or Services.

1.3

Third-party providers may provide technology, payment processing, marketing, customer support, fulfilment, delivery, product sourcing, analytics, administrative, compliance, and other services on our behalf. Unless expressly stated otherwise, those providers are not the seller of Products purchased from Bloumee.

1.4

By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the following policies, as applicable:

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Refund and Money-Back Guarantee Policy;

  • Cancellation Policy;

  • Shipping Policy; and

  • Any supplemental, promotional, or Product-specific terms presented to you.

Together, these documents form the agreement between you and Bloumee relating to the Services and your purchases.

1.5

If you use the Services for or on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on that person’s behalf.

1.6

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be published on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, changes will apply prospectively and will not alter the terms governing an order already accepted by us.

1.7

Competitions, giveaways, promotional codes, discounts, bundles, subscription offers, sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions may be subject to additional terms. Those additional terms form part of these Terms and will prevail in relation to the relevant promotion if there is a conflict.

1.8

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right, remedy, guarantee, or protection that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.

1.9

These Terms do not appoint you as a dealer, distributor, agent, franchisee, representative, or reseller of Bloumee or its Products.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create the account, submit the order, and accept these Terms on your behalf.

2.2

You represent that information supplied when creating an account or placing an order is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.

You also represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted with an order.

2.3

You must keep your account credentials confidential. You must not share or transfer your password, verification code, access identifier, or other account credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use and have not acted fraudulently, negligently, or in breach of these Terms.

2.4

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or another security incident affecting it, contact support@bloumee.shop promptly.

2.5

We may verify eligibility, refuse registration, restrict an account, or suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, misuse, a material breach of these Terms, or a legal or security risk.

This will not affect an order already accepted unless cancellation is permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

2.6

You are responsible for the devices, software, telecommunications services, and internet access needed to use the Services and for associated charges.

3. Permitted Use

3.1

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

3.2

You must not, and must not permit another person to:

  1. Use the Services for an unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized purpose;

  2. Use the Site or Products for unauthorized resale or commercial exploitation;

  3. Interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, or compromise the operation, security, or integrity of the Services;

  4. Circumvent security features, fraud-prevention measures, access controls, or technical restrictions;

  5. Introduce malware, viruses, harmful code, or material intended to impair the Services;

  6. Use bots, spiders, scrapers, data-mining tools, or other automated systems to access, monitor, copy, or collect Content without our written permission;

  7. Reproduce, modify, distribute, display, frame, mirror, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Site or Content except where permitted by law;

  8. Collect, disclose, or misuse another person’s personal data without lawful authority;

  9. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority;

  10. Submit false, incomplete, or misleading information; or

  11. Use our Product information, Content, reviews, images, branding, or trademarks in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.

3.3

We may suspend or restrict access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or protect Bloumee, its customers, or third parties.

3.4

Products may be offered, sold, or delivered only in the countries, territories, and locations supported by the Site or shown at checkout.

We may restrict availability where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, operational, product-registration, shipping, or commercial reasons.

3.5

You must not order, purchase, export, re-export, transfer, resell, or arrange delivery of Products in breach of applicable laws, sanctions, trade restrictions, product-registration requirements, or these Terms.

4. Unauthorized Resale and Commercial Use

4.1

Products are sold for personal or household use by the end customer. Orders made in quantities, frequencies, or patterns inconsistent with reasonable personal use may be refused or cancelled.

4.2

Without our prior written approval, you must not:

  1. Resell, wholesale, distribute, supply, or offer Products to third parties;

  2. Advertise or sell Products through marketplaces, social-commerce platforms, classified services, or similar channels;

  3. Purchase Products for a business, clinic, retailer, dealer, distributor, or marketplace seller;

  4. Export or arrange cross-border commercial supply of Products; or

  5. Remove, alter, conceal, or tamper with batch numbers, expiry dates, serial numbers, labels, seals, or other identifiers.

4.3

Evidence of unauthorized resale may include:

  • Repeated bulk orders;

  • Multiple accounts, payment methods, or delivery addresses being used to aggregate stock;

  • Orders made under a business or trading name without written authorization; or

  • Online listings of Products by you or a connected person.

4.4

If we reasonably suspect unauthorized resale or commercial use, we may:

  • Decline or cancel orders that have not been dispatched;

  • Restrict or close accounts;

  • Refuse future orders;

  • Withdraw promotional benefits;

  • Notify relevant platforms or authorities where appropriate; and

  • Exercise any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.

4.5

This section does not prevent you from giving a Product to another person as a genuine personal gift.

5. Product Information and Availability

5.1

Product availability may change without notice. Placing a Product in your cart does not reserve it.

5.2

We aim to describe and display Products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, and packaging may change because of manufacturing, regulatory, labelling, or design updates.

5.3

Product images are illustrative. The Product delivered may differ slightly in appearance or packaging while remaining materially consistent with its description.

5.4

You must read and follow all labels, ingredients, warnings, storage instructions, dosage directions, and directions for use before using or consuming a Product.

Do not use a Product if you are allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredient.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, or intend to give a Product to a child, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.

5.5

Unless expressly stated on a Product label and permitted by applicable law, Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information provided through the Site does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Individual experiences and results may vary.

If you experience an adverse reaction, stop using the Product and seek appropriate medical advice.

5.6

The Site may allow ratings, reviews, comments, or other user-submitted content. Such content represents the views of its author. We do not guarantee that user content is accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable as medical, nutritional, health, or professional advice.

5.7

We may withdraw, recall, modify, restrict the sale of, or issue safety information concerning a Product where required by law, a competent authority, a supplier, or consumer-safety considerations.

If a recall affects a Product you purchased, we will use reasonable efforts to contact you using the information available to us.

6. Subscriptions and Special Purchase Options

6.1

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the initial order and each recurring renewal at the frequency and price disclosed before purchase.

6.2

Subscription duration, delivery frequency, renewal terms, minimum commitments, and applicable charges will be disclosed at checkout or in your subscription confirmation.

6.3

You may manage or cancel your subscription using the link in your order or subscription confirmation, subject to any processing cut-off disclosed before purchase.

Cancellation applies to future renewals. An order already processed or fulfilled may remain subject to the Refund and Money-Back Guarantee Policy.

6.4

If we change a subscription price or another material subscription term, we will provide advance notice where required and explain when the change takes effect and how you may cancel.

6.5

Where pre-orders or try-before-you-buy options are offered, their payment timing, fulfilment conditions, evaluation period, cancellation rights, and return requirements will be disclosed before purchase and governed by the Cancellation Policy.

6.6

Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee requests concerning subscriptions are governed by the Refund and Money-Back Guarantee Policy.

7. Orders, Contract Formation, and Prices

7.1

Product listings on the Site are invitations for you to submit an order and are not binding offers by us to sell.

7.2

When you submit an order, you offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms.

An automated acknowledgement or payment authorization does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the Products, whichever occurs first.

7.3

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch when:

  1. A Product is unavailable;

  2. There is a material pricing, promotional, Product-description, inventory, or system error;

  3. Payment authorization fails;

  4. We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized resale, or a breach of these Terms;

  5. We cannot deliver to the submitted address; or

  6. Cancellation is required by applicable law or a competent authority.

7.4

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue the applicable refund in accordance with our Refund and Money-Back Guarantee Policy and applicable law.

7.5

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the region selected on the Site. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other mandatory charges will be displayed at or before checkout where required.

7.6

Prices, promotions, and availability may change before we accept an order. If we identify a material pricing error, we may cancel the affected order, notify you, and refund any amount collected.

7.7

By submitting payment information, you authorize us and the applicable payment providers to process payment for the order.

Payment providers may conduct authorization, fraud-prevention, security, and identity-verification checks under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Delivery, Risk, and Ownership

8.1

Risk in a Product passes to you when it is delivered to the specified delivery address or received by a person authorized by you.

Ownership passes after we receive full payment, subject to any non-excludable rights under applicable law.

8.2

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect the shipment, or another circumstance attributable to you, we may charge reasonable redelivery or return-handling costs where permitted by law.

8.3

Requests concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, undelivered, or missing Products and Money-Back Guarantee claims must be submitted under the Refund and Money-Back Guarantee Policy.

9. Personal Data

9.1

We collect, use, disclose, store, and otherwise process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012, and other applicable data-protection laws.

9.2

Our Privacy Policy explains the types of personal data we process, why we process it, how it may be disclosed, how long it may be retained, and the rights and choices available to you.

9.3

If you are under 18, you must not create an account, place an order, or submit personal data without the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1

All intellectual-property rights in the Site, Content, Product names, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, software, databases, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Bloumee, ONE HEART TO YOU PTE. LTD., or the applicable rights holder.

10.2

Except for the limited right to use the Site under Section 3.1, these Terms do not grant you ownership of or any other right in the Site, Content, trademarks, or intellectual property.

10.3

You must not use or register a trademark, trade name, domain name, social-media identifier, logo, or confusingly similar mark incorporating Bloumee branding without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

11.1

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, social-media platforms, analytics services, delivery providers, and other services.

Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

11.2

A link, integration, or reference to a third-party service does not necessarily constitute our endorsement or recommendation.

11.3

We are not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, products, services, systems, or conduct, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1

Subject to non-excludable consumer rights, the Site and Content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, free of harmful components, or compatible with every device, browser, or network.

12.2

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect the Site and personal data. However, no online transmission, electronic-storage system, or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting your devices, networks, and account credentials and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized account access.

12.3

We may conduct maintenance, upgrades, testing, security checks, or emergency work that temporarily restricts access to all or part of the Site. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of a planned material interruption.

12.4

If you voluntarily submit suggestions, feedback, reviews, photographs, or other non-confidential content for publication or use by Bloumee, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and adapt that content for operating, improving, or promoting the Services.

This license does not change how personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

12.5

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • Wilful misconduct;

  • A statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded; or

  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.6

Subject to Section 12.5 and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for losses of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, or data arising from use of the Services or purchase of Products.

12.7

Subject to Sections 12.5 and 12.6, our aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

13.1

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ONE HEART TO YOU PTE. LTD. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, and licensors against losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal expenses resulting from a third-party claim directly caused by:

  • Your unlawful use of the Services;

  • Your infringement of another party’s intellectual-property rights;

  • Your fraud or wilful misconduct; or

  • Your material breach of Section 3.2.

13.2

This indemnity does not apply to the extent that a claim or loss results from our negligence, wilful misconduct, breach of these Terms, or breach of applicable law.

14. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

14.1

We are not responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, epidemics, or pandemics;

  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, sabotage, or government action;

  • Failures or shortages affecting power, telecommunications, utilities, transportation, or essential supplies;

  • Strikes, lockouts, labour disputes, or industrial action;

  • Trade restrictions, sanctions, embargoes, or changes in law;

  • Customs delays or actions by public authorities; and

  • Major failures affecting third-party technology, payment, logistics, or delivery services.

Each is an “Event Beyond Our Reasonable Control.”

14.2

If such an event materially affects an accepted order, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you. We may suspend performance, arrange an alternative, or cancel the affected part of the order and refund amounts paid for Products that will not be supplied, subject to applicable law.

15. General Terms

15.1 Notices

We may send notices to you through email, SMS, account notifications, messaging services, or notices published on the Site, using the information you provide.

Notices and questions for Bloumee must be sent to support@bloumee.shop.

15.2 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing, sale of the business or assets, or transfer of the Site, provided this does not reduce your non-excludable rights.

15.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the policies incorporated by reference, any applicable supplemental terms, and an accepted order constitute the entire agreement between you and Bloumee concerning the Services and the relevant purchase.

15.4 No Waiver

A failure or delay in exercising a right does not waive that right.

15.5 Relationship

You are an independent customer. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship.

15.6 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15.7 Survival

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, user content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.

15.8 Interpretation

Headings are included for convenience and do not affect interpretation. “Including” means “including without limitation.”

15.9 Language

If these Terms are made available in multiple languages, the English version will prevail to the extent of an inconsistency unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15.10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or non-contractual obligation arising from or connected with them are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that apply to you, the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms, the Services, or an order.
